The Fundació Catalunya Europa has promoted new research to analyze and disseminate the thoughts and actions of Pasqual Maragall. The volume addresses various aspects of his life and career, including his role as mayor during the Olympic Games and the international projection of Barcelona, as well as his commitment during the Balkan conflict, his defense of city diplomacy and decentralized cooperation. in the Mediterranean, among others.
