"The territory in the political action of Pasqual Maragall" is a working paper that has the vocation to deepen in the territory as an object of public policy in the framework of the policy and action of Pasqual Maragall during the time of the so-called "Alternative Government" between 1999 and 2003.

This working paper aims to model a (non-government) action that is produced from Parliament and that Maragall manages to evolve from a more rehearsed structure of alternative government that is born with a double objective, to make opposition to the time to make government.
